Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your BinoChat account and the data associated with it. BinoChat is developed by the BinoChat team.

Delete your account from the app

1. Open BinoChat and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account & Data Deletion (or Delete account).
3. Confirm. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email iftikhar.digitalmarketer@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, messages, and stories within 30 days. Some records may be kept longer only where the law requires it, or in backups that are erased on our normal backup cycle.

Deactivate instead

If you only want a break, you can deactivate your account from Settings. Deactivation hides your profile and content, and you can reactivate any time by signing back in.
