Is BinoChat free?

Yes — BinoChat is completely free. It is supported by ads so we can keep it free for everyone.

Why do I see ads, and can I control them?

Ads keep BinoChat free. From Settings > Account > Ad preferences you can choose personalised or non-personalised ads, and you can watch a short video to earn an ad-free day.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the profile, post, comment, or chat, tap the menu (⋯), and choose Report or Block. Blocking is instant, and the other person is not notified.

What is a one-time-view photo?

In a chat you can send a photo as "one-time view". The other person can open it once, then it disappears — and screenshots are blocked while it is open.

How do I download or delete my data?

Go to Settings > Storage & Data to download a copy, or Settings > Account to delete your account. Deleting removes your posts, comments, and messages within 30 days.

Who can see my posts and messages?

You choose the audience for each post. Private messages are visible only to the people in the chat and are never used for advertising.

How old do I have to be to use BinoChat?

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
