You must be at least 13 years old to use BinoChat. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
What you post stays yours. By posting, you give us permission to store and show it to the people you share it with. You are responsible for what you post and for having the right to post it.
Do not post content that harasses, threatens, or impersonates others, promotes hate or violence, is sexual content involving minors, or is spam. Do not scrape the service or try to break its security. We remove content and accounts that break these rules. See our Child Safety Standards.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end an account that repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
If we make a meaningful change, we will let you know in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use BinoChat after that means you accept the updated terms.
